The best way to get in touch with us is to use our online appointment booking tool. Our online appointment scheduler allows you to choose your therapist and a time that works for your schedule.

On the day of your first session simply get directions to 15814 Winchester Blvd, Suite 105 Los Gatos, CA 95030 and park at the first available parking space. Our office is located right next to Vasona Lake Park. Head into suite 105 on the left side of the building by the umbrella.
Head up the stairs on the first door on your left and take a seat in our waiting area.
When your appointment begins, your therapist will greet you and take you to one of our comfortable and private rooms to begin your session.
When your session begins, we’ll learn about your experiences and current situation.
Our therapists take the time to listen and fully understand what you’re going through.
Taking the time to learn about you and your experience allows us to plan a customized approach specifically designed for you.
Once we have gathered an overview of what lead you to where you are now, we’ll continue to ask you questions, and you can ask us questions too.
It’s great to come prepared with a few questions to ask us so that you can gain a better understanding of what we can help you with and how we can help.
Once we have gained an understanding of your experience and what your goals are we will let you know if we think we can help you.
We’ll explain what the process looks like. For example if you’re seeking marriage counseling, we might recommend 1-on-1 sessions, couples sessions, or both.
Every situation is unique. We’ll work with you to come up with the best approach so we can help you move forward and start taking steps towards healing and recovery.
If you choose to work with us we’ll book you a recurring time slot to meet on the time and day that works for you.
At this point we’ll have everything we need to plan a customized approach for your treatment. We’ll meet on a regular basis to help you every step along the way.
We will charge your card within a day or two of your first session. We also provide monthly statements that you can send to your insurance company for reimbursement.
Jeni’s rate for a 50-minute session is $275 for individuals and $300 for couples. Our associates fees range from $180-$220 per session.
We accept cash, check, MasterCard, Visa and Health Savings Account cards as forms of payment. Payment is expected after each session.
We require all clients to provide a credit card number to be kept on file, however you are welcome to pay using one of the other accepted payment options.
We have chosen to remain an out-of-network mental health provider for all insurance plans due to the limits and constraints placed on treatment options by insurance companies.
In order to assist you in submitting for insurance reimbursement, we will email a monthly invoice to assist in your efforts to obtain reimbursement from your insurance provider for fees paid.
Prior to beginning treatment, you may wish to contact your insurance provider to determine your coverage and reimbursement options.
We’ll email you to confirm your next appointment 48 hours in advance. Please reply to us to confirm that you’ll be available.
Your therapist will also provide her contact information for you to reach directly via email or voicemail. Feel free to reach out any time. It’s great to have an open link of communication with your therapist. We’ll get back to you as soon as possible (during office hours).

Jeni was my therapist for a few years and I really enjoyed working with her! When I started, I had a BIG decision to make about my relationship. Together we figured out that I wasn’t happy and gradually I made all kinds of little changes that ended up having a big impact on my life. I don’t think I could have changed my life for the better on my own. Highly recommend.
Jeni is an excellent therapist. Compassionate, understanding, knowledgeable, she works very well with teens and families. I would and do recommend Jeni to families in needed.
Choosing to work with a therapist can be a pivotal moment towards your steps to recovery. But it all starts with you.
