Fees 

The fee for an individual 50-minute session is $275.
The fee for a couple’s 50-minute session is $300.

Insurance

J Woodfin Counseling is an out-of-network provider and does not accept insurance directly. Payment is due in full at the time of each session. 

A monthly statement of charges and payments, along with a superbill (an itemized receipt containing the information most insurance companies require to process an out-of-network mental health claim) is automatically emailed to you on the first of each month. 

Reimbursement amounts vary by plan and are not guaranteed.

 

Payment

J Woodfin Counseling accepts cash, check, MasterCard, Visa, and Health Savings Account cards as forms of payment. Payment is expected after each session.  All clients are asked to provide a credit card number to be kept on file; however, you are welcome to pay using one of the other accepted payment options.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or change your appointment, please notify Jeni by email, text, or voicemail at least 48 hours in advance.

For Monday appointments, notice must be received by the same appointment time on the prior Friday.

If you cancel, change, or miss your scheduled session with less than 48 hours’ notice and are unable to reschedule for another time during the same week, you will be charged the full session fee.
